Author's Note: If you're experiencing déjà vu, don’t worry. This is the revised, second draft of this. If you’ve never read the original and would like to, go check it out. What happened was this -- I was reading through my old fanfic, and although I nostalgically remember it being amazing, I realized it was incredibly clunky. So I decided to revise it.

Now, my original plan had just been to correct a few grammatical and spelling errors, maybe cut out a few unnecessary references. Somehow, I end up not just revising but entirely rewriting the entire thinig. I deally, this version should flow better and extraneous storylines were cut. Practically speaking, I explain a lot less and leave it up to the readers to deduce more. Some of my favorite lines were cut out, as were some of my favorite storylines. (For example, I don't get to explain who the Rokudaime is or what her story is, and this breaks my heart.)

Despite all the changes, the main idea should be the same. Please feel free to leave feedback comparing the two if you would like.
